Francis was the daughter of Daniel Thomas Rankin and Flossie May Hole. Francis married Clarence P. Morrison in Montana on 2 December 1942. They had two children, an unnamed baby girl who was born and died in 1943; and Neil Lee Rankin. Francis later married Dale Morris. [1]
