Biography

Andrew Rankin was born in about 1673. He was the son of Andrew Rankin and Martha Merry of the Isle of Shoals, and the sister of Mary Rankin wife of Paine Mayhew of Chilmark.[1]

Andrew Rankin & Grace Butler were married by Simon Bradstreet Esq., Gov. April 5, 1692 in Boston.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Boston BIrths

1664: Newcomb, Grace of Andrew & Grace Newcomb born Oct. 20. (p. 93)[7]

1693: Rankin, Andrew son of Andrew & Grace Rankin born July 13.[5](p. 208)[6](p. 26)

Deaths

Andrew died about 1762, but his wife, Grace, died earlier in August 1713, her will being proved Aug. 28th. (p. 14)[8]
