Louise was born in 1891. She was the daughter of Bernard Rapien and Anna Jakel. She passed away in 1974.[1]

Obituary

Louise E. Rapien, 82, of Highland, died at 1:45 p.m. Sunday in the Madison County Nursing Home. She had been a patient there for one year.
She was born on June 9, 1891, in HIghland, a daughter of the late Bernard and A. Mathilda Jakel Rapien.
She leaves a sister, Mrs.Catherine Manley, Highland, and brothers Joseph Rapien, St. Louis, William Rapien, Hardin, and Raymond Rapien and Sylvester Rapien, both of Highland.
Funeral services at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Highland. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Highland. (The Edwardsville Intelligencer (Edwardsville, Illinois) 4 Mar 1974: 2.)
