Elijah "Lige"General Holman Reaves was born May 1, 1872 to Henry Reeves and Eliza Pain in Beaver Creek, Alabama.[1]
He married Sarah Luria Ann Simmons on July 6, 1890 in Montgomery, Texas.[2]
He died, at the age of , on December 29, 1955 in Spring, Texas. He is buried at the County Line Cemetery, Oak Grove, San Jacinto County, Texas.[3]
