Thomas Conner Rector was born in 1783 to Frederick Rector and Elizabeth Conner.[1]
Thomas challenged Joshua Barton to a duel which took place on 30 June 1823 on Bloody Island in the Mississippi River in which Joshua Barton was killed.[1]
Thomas died in a brawl in 1826 in St. Louis, Missouri.[1]
