Agnes Rector was born in 1746 in Fauquier County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Henry Rector and Ann Robinson.
Agnes was the second wife of Thomas Glascock, who she married after the death of his first wife, Catherine Rector.
Agnes Rector Glascock died on 5 Nov 1793 (aged 46–47) in Fauquier County, Virginia.
