Reed-5252 and Rieth-17 appear to represent the same person because: These two profiles represent the same person. I suspect a prior merge was rejected because Reed-5252 incorrectly stated that she was born in Taar Boss New York (before it existed). She was born in Germany. Merge into Rieth-17 as Rieth should be preserved as LNAB.

I changed birth location. No way she was born in Taar Boss NY in 1687. She was a Palatine migrant along with her husband Balthasar Anspach.

Reith-58 and Rieth-17 appear to represent the same person because: These two profiles represent the same person. LNAB choice is difficult; besides Reith and Rieth, other choices are Reidt and Reed. There is also a third profile (Reed-5252) that should be merged once this one is completed. This person is well documented in the work of HZ Jones.

Reed-5252 and Rieth-17 do indeed appear to represent the same person. What is the source for the two profiles having different parents?

The other profiles for this person listed in the prior comment say that she was born in Germany. Unlikely that she was born in NY in 1687. I have set up some proposed merges in attempt to unify the various profiles. Choice of LNAB is difficult. Reith is most commonly used, but Rieth is also commonly used in this family. HZ Jones uses Reidt. Reed is an English version adopted by later generations in America.

Anna Maria Bern Rieth (1687-1749) is a pretty close match to Anna Maria Reith (1687-1750) and Anna Maria Reed (1687-1750). All profiles are married to Johann Anspach. So which is the correct one?

See Reith-58 and Reed-5252.
