Biography
Elizabeth, or Betty, Reed was born 1824 in South Carolina. She is somehow affiliated with the family of William Reed (1756-1840) and Frances Rebecca (Robins) Reed (1760-1836). She is likely a granddaughter but the exact connection has not been confirmed. Elizabeth married John Daniel Bracknell in 1846, Alabama. [1] She died 18 Mar 1880 in Hickman, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
