Nellie was born 7 Feb 1881 in Sterling, Rice County, Kansas. She was the daughter of Norman Reed and Candis Smith.
In 1885 she was living in Rockville Township, Rice, Kansas.[1] The household included Norman Reed age 51, Candis Reed age 40, Delia Reed age 14, Willie Reed age 13, Eddie Reed age 11, Rosa Reed age 9, Clara Reed age 6, Nellie Reed age 3 and Norman Reed age 1. Norman was born in Illinois, Candis in Indiana and the children in Kansas. Norman was a farmer. William and Barbara Bland lived next door.
In 1895 she was living in Raymond, Rice, Kansas.[2] The household included Norman Reed age 61, C A Reed age 50, Will Reed age 21, Ed Reed age 18, Rosie Reed age 16, Clessy Reed age 14, Nelley Reed age 12, Norma Reed age 10 and Mertie Reed age 8. Norman was a farmer.

Nellie Mae Reed and Fredrick Park were married about 1901. Rosa Bell, Clara and Nellie Reed were sisters. James, Clark and Fredrick Park were brothers. Rosa Bell Reed married James Park. Clara Reed married Clark Park. Nellie Mae Reed married Fredrick Park.
In 1910 she was living in Township 5, Stanley, South Dakota.[4] The household included Fred Park age 36, wife Nellie Park age 28, daughter Ethel J Park age 9, daughter Eva M Park age 7, son Wilson L Park age 6, daughter Irene M Park age 3, son Charles O Park age 2 and son William J Park age 0 months. Irene, Charles and William were born in South Dakota, the rest in Kansas. Fred was a farmer. Nellie was the mother of 7 children, 6 living. Fred and Nellie had been married 9 years.
In 1920 she was living in Dowling, Haakon, South Dakota.[5] The household included Fredrick Park age 46, wife Nellie Park age 38, daughter Ethel J Park age 19, daughter Eva M Park age 17, son Wilson L Park age 15, daughter Irene M Park age 13, son Charles O Park age 11, son William J Park age 9, daughter Velma Park age 5 and daughter Josephine Park age 3 months. Irene, Charles, William, Velma and Josephine were born in South Dakota, the rest in Kansas. Fred was a farmer with a stock farm.
In 1930 she was living in Spring Creek, Pennington, South Dakota.[6] The household included Frederick Park age 56, wife Nellie Park age 48, son Charles O Park age 21, son William J Park age 14, daughter Velma L Park age 13 and daughter Josephine E Park age 10. Frederick and Nellie were born in Kansas, the children in South Dakota. Frederick was a farmer. Charles and William were working on the farm.
She died 6 Jun 1960 in Yakima, Yakima, Washington.[7][8]
She is buried in Terrace Heights Memorial Park, Yakima, Yakima County, Washington. [9]
