Biography
Viva was born in Christchurch although she mistakenly believed she was born in Dunedin. She also called herself Viva Kathleen but her registered birth name is Viva Milward. Viva and JRD married by licence at 430 Bourke Street, Melbourne (likely some kind of marriage registry office). The service was conducted by "Archibald Turnball, Clerk in Holy Orders" according to the rites of "Our Father's Church".
