Charlotte was born 13 June 1923 at Parris Island, Beaufort, South Carolina to Noah Reeves and Agnes Flieth.^[1] She was married to Franklin M. Bartholomew on 14 Aug 1943 on Parris Island, Beaufort, South Carolina.^[2] Charlotte died 23 Sept 1983 at the Parma Community Hospital, Parma, Ohio and is buried at Highland Park Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio.^[3]
