Biography
Ala was born in 1882 in in Virginia. She died in 1965 and is buried at Island Lake Cemetery in Island Lake, Rusk, Wisconsin. [1]
In 1920, she is living in Big Bend, Rusk, Wisconsin with her husband, Charles Clarence Carter (1876-1940), and four children: Hazel (21), Herman (18), Minnie (15), Stanley (14), and Alva (12). [2] Needs profiles created for the four children included on the 1920 census.
