Biography

Eunice was born at Bakersfield, Vermont, April 28, 1810, the daughter of Elkanah and Patty Reid.

On June 20, 1833, Eunice married a widower, Amos Earle Parker, at Bakersfield, Vermont. The couple had four children: Hollis Reid, Jane, Sumner Earl, and Worcester Reid.

Amos was the son of Joseph and Relief (Earle) Parker. His first wife was Mathilda Converse. After her death, he married Eunice. Amos was a farmer for most of his life, except for the three years that he kept a hotel in Bakersfield.

Eunice died giving birth to Worcester. She was only 32 years of age at her death.
