Mrs. Samuel K. Phillips

Beacon, N.Y., December 13. Mrs. Henrietta Reid Phillips, widow of Samuel K. Phillips, banker and on-time county judge, dropped dead at her home here last night of heart disease in her seventieth year. She was the mother of County Supervisor S. Vincent Phillips of East Fishkill. After graduating from a normal school, MRs. Phillips became a teacher. She was prominent in philanthropic and church work.
