Birth: Jun. 11, 1917 Edwards County Illinois, USA Death: Aug. 27, 1997 Evansville Vanderburgh County Indiana, USA Carrie Terry, 80, of Albion, died at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 1997, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion with Rev. Bill Rucker officiating. Burial will be in West Village Cemetery, north of Albion. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Terry was born June 11, 1917, in Edwards County, the daughter of Vertis and Clela (Bower) Reid. She married Charles B. Terry July 26, 1938, in Henderson, Ky. He preceded her in death April 15, 1977. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, David Terry, of Albion; three grandchildren, Tammy Michelle Terry, of Harrisburg, Tracy Wilson Terry, of Charleston, and Kevin Charles Terry, of Oakland City, Ind.; three nieces; and one nephew.
