Biography
Bessie was born in 1875. Her parents were James Alexander Reid and Martha Josephine Flowers. She married Ralph Roy Belcher in 1898 in Decatur County, Georgia.[1]
She is mentioned in the death record for her husband who passed away in 1921.[2]
She passed away in 1935 in Muscogee County, Georgia.[3] Burial was in the Oak City Cemetery in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia.[4] She lies next to her husband and near two daughters and other Reid relatives. Her grave marker is inscribed: Wife of R R Belcher.[5]
