In the 1850 census Kizia was reported as being 26 years of age and born in Tennessee, she was the wife of Peter Rader and they had two sons George H. age 6 years and Dawson R. age 1 year old. In 1860 Kissiah was reported to be the wife of Peter Rader and she was 35 years of age and their family had listed George age 15 and Dawson age 12 and had added Mary Jane age 10 years, Carroll age 5 years and Florence who was nine months of age. Elizabeth his mother was still residing with his family.
