Tammi L. Brock
Carleton - Mrs. Gary (Tammi L.) Brock, 29, of Carleton, died of a blood disorder Sunday in Fort Jackson Army Hospital, Columbia, S.C., where she had completed basic training Nov 18.
Friends may call from noon to 9 pm Thursday in the Taylor Chapel of the Howe Peterson Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 pm Friday in the Grace Baptist Church. Burial, with full military honors, will be at Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock.
Born Nov 9, 1962, in Jacksonville, Fla., she was the daughter of George H. and Mary (Hodges) Rhinehart. She and her husband were married in June 1985 in Trenton.
She was a graduate of Truman High School in Taylor.
Surviving are her husband of Carleton; her mother of Carleton; her father of Mobile, Ala;, two sons, Levi and Caleb at home; four sisters, Brenda Denny of Flat Rock, Subrina Milen of Lincoln Park, Tennie Reynolds of Southgate and Virginia Cooper of Flat Rock and a brother, George Rhinehart of Carleton, stationed with the Army at Fort Bragg, NC.
