There was no Sarah Rice daughter of Edmund Rice.

Judge Estey "told of a Sarah Rice who married Peter King, this Sarah being a newly discovered name in the list of Edmund Rice's children.[1]

Neither Anderson or the Edmund Rice Association list Sarah as a daughter of Edmund Rice. This may have been a misinterpretation. Peter King adopted Samuel Rice son of his sister Elizabeth (King) Rice.

This is one source that is on file with LDS . There was another Edmund Rice, who died in England the year previous to the Edmund in question here. Whether or not Sarah Rice-185 was the daughter of either of these 2 Edmund Rices, I do not know. This is placed here for point of reference only. https://www.familysearch.org/search/tree/results?count=20&query=%2Bgivenname%3ASarah~%20%2Bsurname%3ARice~%20%2Bsubcollection_id%3A%222%3A2%3A2%3AMM49-2MP%22
