Moses was born December 6, 1805 in Hawley, Franklin, Massachusetts. Son of Moses Rice and Molly Howes. [1][2] [3]

He married Mary Juliana Ford, March 3, 1835, in Pownal, Vermont.

  3. Elizabeth M. Rice July 29, 1869

Moses Rice secondly married first Rachael R. Piper August 24, 1862 in Whitingham, Vermont. No issues. [2]

He died August 24, 1862, is West Appleton, Maine. [2]
