Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
Rice-7187 and Rice-7181 appear to represent the same person because: Same person. No conflicts.
But I note the the first name is spelled "Cornelius" in all of the sources I've seen -- not Cornileus. Also, his mother is supposed to be Phebe Barret, but is not Phebe Bowman Barrett. Phebe Bowman Barrett married Amos Dakin, not Daniel Rice.
I've been looking in the records can't find any indication that Phebe Bowman Barrett was the mother of Cornelius Rice. She is very well documented as having been married to Amos Dakin and she had children with him.
Is the spelling of his first name correct? I find an 1850 census record for "Cornelius Rice" who looks like he might be the same person. "United States Census, 1850," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MC1F-SZG : accessed 28 December 2015), Cornelius Rice, Stockholm, St. Lawrence, New York, United States; citing family 283, NARA microfilm publication M432 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.).

A county history book at http://www.mocavo.com/Our-County-and-Its-People-a-Memorial-Record-of-St-Lawrence-County-New-York/420661/1025 does name Cornelius' parents as Daniel Rice and Phebe Barrett. It also says Cornelius was born in "Essex, Lewis County" (not a place that I can find in Lewis County; however, there is a Lewis is Essex County), contrary to the census records that place his birth in Vermont.
I think Phebe Bowman Barrett should be disconnected from this profile; she wasn't his mother. Maybe his mother was some other Phebe Barrett.
