Biography

Louis Rice was born Feb. 18, 1916 in Decatur, Indiana. He was the son of Louis Rice and Lilian Harris. He married Marcella Boese. They were the parents of three children. He passed away June 30, 1992 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
