Biography
Samuel was the son of Oliver Rice and Mehitable Bryant. [1]
He married Sarah Brown in 1828. [2] Their children were:
- Hannah M Rice French 1832 - d. Ohio
- Samuel Worcester Rice 1834 - 1914 MN
- Lester Bryant Rice 1836 - 1924
- Elizabeth Almira Rice 1840
Sarah died about 1843. Samuel married Betsey (Tenney?) before 1850.
The family lived in Thetford, Orange, Vermont. [3] They moved to Errol, Coos, New Hampshire before 1860. [4] Samuel died in 1867 and is buried in Errol Village Cemetery, Errol, Coos, New Hampshire, USA. [5]
