Pioneers' register : Warrnambool township and shire, 1839-1900 suggests date of death to be 1905.

John Richardson together with his wife and their two oldest children migrated to the Colony of Victoria aboard the Athletae in 1855. John was employed on the Greenhills Station at Woolsthorpe. They then moved to their own farm at Spring Creek Road, Woolsthorpe. John and Hannah played an active part in community life. The sixth generation of Richardsons still lives at Woolsthorpe (at point of publication for Pioneers' register: Warrnambool).

John was born about 1823. He is the son of Thomas Richardson and Mary Gunnerton. He passed away in 1905.
