Lucretia Richardson married Chester Cady 23 Aug 1786. This marriage listed in Town Hall records of Pomfret, Windham Co. CT.[1] They had ten children: Freeman, Lyman, Sarah, George, Louisa, Laura, Maria, Lucretia, Chester, and Penuel. All children are listed in their father's will. Lucretia, a widow for 22 years, died at the home of a daughter in Providence RI. Lucretia Richardson Cady is my 3rd gr grandmother. Her daughter Laura married Orrin Brown, of Newport, Herkimer Co. NY.
