Noble Richardson was the son of John Richardson, a native of Maryland, and a revolutionary Soldier. Nobel came to Kenton Co about 1793. On Sept 20 1832 in Campbell County Kentucky he married Malinda Osborn who was the daughter of Sinclair Osborn of Orange County Virginia came to Kenton County at a earlier date. Noble was a farmer and Republican per records.
