Biography

Thomas de Richmond was the son of Elyas de Richmond and an unknown mother.[1]

Thomas lived in the time of Richard II, Henry IV and Henry V.[1]

Thomas was the father of William de Richmond, who assumed the name of Webb upon his marriage to Alice Webb circa 1430.[1] Alice was the daughter and heir of Thomas Webb of Draycott, Wiltshire, and his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Richard Nicholas St John of Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshrie.[1]

Research Notes

It appears some people have interpreted the family tree's depiction in Joshua Bailey Richmond's The Richmond Family to mean that Elyas de Richmond was married to Elizabeth Burgh, daughter of William de Burgh, lord of Burgh, and they were the parents of Thomas de Richmond.[1] However, Elizabeth was married to Richard de Richmond, the younger brother of Elyas.[1]

Probably just a derivative of the sources listed, but here is another mention of this line:
