Biography
George was born in 1803. He was the son of Thomas Rickard and Mary Roe. He passed away in 1893. [1]
George was baptised in Grandborough parish church on 11 Jul 1803, 'child of Thomas and Mary Rickard'. When he was buried at Grandborough on 13 Jan 1893, he was recorded as 'George Rickard aged 92 of the Workhouse Winslow'. His age varied in census records also: 30 in 1841, 46 in 1851, 58 in 1861 and 68 in 1871. Tony Pope
