Biography

William H. Ricketts was the son of Mark H. Ricketts and Harriet (Horton) Ricketts. He was born in Arkansas in 1859, his father served with the Confederate Army, and after the war, the family moved to southern Missouri. William migrated west to Texas, where he married Lynette Lou Norris.^[1] He was the father of Eulo, and Mary Elizabeth.

William died in Hunt County, Texas on 27 Jan 1943 and was buried at Van Sickle Cemetery in Hunt County, Texas.^[2][3]
