Biography
Jasper was born on 23 March 1866 in , Mercer Co., PA. He was the son of Marion Calvin Riddle and Mary Cathryn (Looker) Riddle.[1]
Jasper died at the age of 71 on 29 December 1937 and was buried in Bay View Cemetery, Bellingham, Whatcom Co., WA.[1]
