Joseph was born on 9 June 1810 in Pendleton, Boone, Kentucky, United States. He was the son of Isaac William Riddle and Anna (Grizzle) Riddle.[1][2]

Joseph, son of Isaac Riddle, married Nancy Smith on 8 March 1829 in Boone, Kentucky, United States.[3][4]

In the 1860 census Joseph (age 50) was in Johnson, Texas, United States.[7]

In the 1870 census Joseph (age 60) was the head of household in Justice Precinct 3, DeWitt, Texas, United States.[8]

Joseph's daughter Patience Ann Riddle married Joseph Taylor on 25 September 1870 in Dewitt, Texas, United States.[9]

Joseph died in 1873 and was buried in Titus, Texas, United States.[10]

Looks like Joseph married Nancy Smith 1829 and it also looks like they had a son Isaac Riddle born abt. 1833, it looks like Isaac Rogers Riddle (1828 - 1903) is the brother of Joseph Riddle, and was they also two Emily Riddle’s born abt.1830 source: [1]... Thanks for any help on these.
