Biography

He married (1st) September 16, 1798 in Randolph County, VA (now WV) to Anna Grayson - NFI, (2nd) Mrs. Elizabeth Clement. Elizabeth remarried December 17, 1854 in Gilmer County, VA (now WV) to Zebulon Phillips, a widower.

James was born about 1777 in Georgetown, Maryland and died in Gilmer County, (West) Virginia
