NOTE: The author's reference to Waynesboro, Pennsylvania may be mistaken. Waynesboro is located in Franklin County, more than 100 miles east of Greene County, Pennsylvania, where other sources indicate that this family settled. Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, however, is the county seat of Greene County. It may be that the author mistakenly mentioned Waynesboro when he should have said Waynesburg.
