Biography

George was born circa 1865 in Key West, Florida.[1] He was the son of James Riggs and Ophelia Ann Newbold.

He married Julia Sands on 13 July 1886 in Key West in a ceremony performed by R. H. Barnett, Minister.[2] The witnesses were Benjamin Milord and Sarah E. Barnett.

George died in 1898 in Key West.[3]
