Biography
Sarah was born in about June 1873 in Fordington, Dorset. She was the daughter of Joseph Riggs and Elizabeth (Burt) Riggs.[1]
On 3 April 1881 Sarah was living in Mill St., Fordington, Dorchester.[2]
