Riggs-1168 and Riggs-53 do not represent the same person because: The difference in birth continent and mother and the lack of a father on one profile makes this seem like an unlikely merge.

Riggs-1168 and Riggs-53 appear to represent the same person because: Based on the death dates, location and relationships, I believe these two profiles represent the same person. There look to be a few other merges that are necessary as well to ensure only one profile per person.
