Biography

When Royce Smith Riley was born in 1911 in Paoli, Oklahoma, his father, Clarence, was 22 and his mother, Mary, was 22. He had one child with Cleo, one child with Mary Rosalie Gray their son Charles Leroy Riley was born January 17th 1935. Royce was a farmer and truck driver in the early years eventually getting a position as a city police officer . He died in 1947 in Oklahoma at the age of 36, and was interred at Paoli Cemetery, Paoli, Garvin County, Oklahoma
