Biography

George Glen Riley was born on 6 Apr 1887 in Shraders, Tazewell County, Virginia, USA [1] [2] , the third child of Benjamin Franklin and Arminta Shrader Riley.

In 1900, Glen was living with his parents in Jeffersonville, Tazewell, Virginia. USA. [3]

On 10 Apr 1907, he married Rebecca Jane Rose in Tazewell County, Virginia. [4]

Glen and Rebecca lived in Big Creek, McDowell County, West Virginia through 1940. [5] [6] [7] [8]

Glen died on 20 Jul 1975 in Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia. He is buried at Grassy Spur Church Cemetery in Bishop, Tazewell, Virginia. [9] [10]
