Biography
Baldwin III Reviers was a member of the aristocracy in England.
He was the son of William de Vernon and Mabile de Beaumont. He passed away in 1216.
He died before his father so his son Baldwin was his father's heir.[1]
BALDWIN (after 28 Apr 1200-1 Sep 1216). The Fundationis et Fundatorum Historia of Forde Abbey names “Baldwinum tertium” as the son of ”Willielmum de Vernona” & his wife, adding that he died “Kal Sep 1216”. The necrology of Lyre monastery records the death "1 Sep" of "Balduwinus filius comitis Insulæ".
m. as her first husband, MARGARET, daughter of WARIN FitzGerold, Chamberlain of the King & his wife Alice de Curcy (-before 29 Sep 1252, bur London, Church of the Grey Friars). The Fundationis et Fundatorum Historia of Forde Abbey records that “Baldwinum tertium”, son of ”Willielmum de Vernona”, married “Margareta filia et hærede Warini filii Geraldi.
