Frank Rivers was born on March 1, 1896 at Motley Minnesota. He was the son of Unknown Father and Unknown Mother. He told very little about his early childhood to his wife and children but they understood that he was an orphan from Minnesota.[1]
He served in WWI, enlisted in Aug 1917 and discharged in April 1919. He served under the name of Frank Palmer and was from Motley Minnesota.
Frank married Myrtle Ruth Hill on Oct 13, 1926 at Underwood North Dakota.[2]
He passed away on May 11, 1964 at Minot North Dakota[3] and was laid to rest in Rosehill Memorial Park at Minot North Dakota.[4]
