John (20) married Sarah Patterson (15) (born on August 25, 1865 in Georgia, United States; daughter of John Patterson and Caroline (Cox) Patterson) in 1881. Their son was Emmit Alexander Roach (~1888– ).
He died before 1891.
The only records found for John are the marriage of Sarah in 1891 to Stephen Hadock where she shows her married name as Roach[1] and the marriage records for their son Emmit where he shows his father's name as John Roach. [2] Emmit consistently shows the place of birth for his father as Ireland.
