Mrs. Lowe, age 58 upon her death, was the 2nd wife of Thomas Lowe, Sr., who had first been married to Jean Minnis in 1782, mother of their daughter, Kesiah. Eleanor and Thomas were parents of: Elizabeth, Charity, Thomas, Jr., Tabitha, Absalom, Abraham, and Jefferson.
