Biography

Louella was born on 1 Mar 1875 in Kentucky toFrederick Roberts and Mary Frances Shannon. She passed away in Eminence, Kentucky on 2 Apr 1950 and was buried in the Dutch Tract Cemetery, Pleasureville, Kentucky. ^[1]

1880 Census: Luellen, age 5, is living in the Lockport, Kentucky home of her parents, Frederick Roberts (40) and Mary Frances Shannon (43). Also residing in the home are 6 of Luellen's siblings: Jasper (17), Cristenia (15), Eupenia (15), Samuel (13), Luiss (10), and Joseph A. (8). ^[2]

1910 Census: Louella and her husband of 13 years, James Hundley, are living in Pleasureville, Kentucky with their 5 children: Rebecca (12), Livie (11), Mabel (7), James G. (6), and Henry M. (1).^[3]

1920 Census: Louella (44) and James (44) are living in a rented house on South Main Street in Eminence, Kentucky. Rebecca and Livie are no longer in the home but the couple now have 6 children living with them: Mabel (17), James (15), Morrison (11), Mary (5), Anna P. (4), and Paul (11 months).^[4]
