German Immigrant Conrad Roberts Posted 22 Oct 2007 by maryturner1975 Conrad Roberts was born 31 Jan. 1751 in Sinn, Hessen, Germany. His original name was Cunrad Ruppert, described as being 5' 2. He was recruited march of 1777 to the Hessian Hanawisshen Jagercorps, at age 24, to serve in the Revolutionary Was, being discharged on 17 July 1783. He served for 5 years. He died Nov 1832 in Bath Township, Greene Co. Ohio and is buried at the Folck Cemetary in Greene Co.
