Research Notes

The antique plate that was given to Loyd and Jana Hamilton in 1996 belonged to this Grandmother Fields. We feel sure that it originated generations back because the platge is very old, but this is the last KNOWN owner.

02/01/2003: Old notes found in general genealogy folder shows Hettie to have been born in Erath County. Grandmother Fields (Hettie) said she was born at Hico, but Eudell's records show Erath County. Since Hico is right in the corner of Hamilton County, both Hico and Erath County might work.
