Ida Ardille Roberts (called "Ider") was born in Pike County, Mississippi, in 1858, the daughter of Martin Philip Roberts, b. 1813 in Georgia; and his wife, Amanda Elmira (Sartin) Roberts, b. 1820 in Mississippi. She was the sixth of their nine children and had four sisters and four brothers.
On December 31, 1891, at 33 years old, she married Harlie Frank Snow (called "Frank") in Pike County, Mississippi.[1] They had 2 children:
Ider's husband, Frank Snow, died in Pike Co., Mississippi, on April 15, 1929. He is buried in Hollywood Cemetery, McComb, Pike County, Mississippi, USA.[2]
Ider, as she was known, died in December 1943, in Pike County, Mississippi, where she lived her entire life. She is buried in Hollywood Cemetery, McComb, Pike County, Mississippi, USA; Plot: N-West Sub., Sec.12.[3]
