Clement Oliver ROBERTSON was born on 23 March 1891 in East Adelaide, Colony of South Australia[1]. His parents were George Oliver ROBERTSON and Lilla COX.
29 March 1915, Clement enlisted in the Australian Imperial Forces; Service number: 4765 and was assigned to 8th Field Ambulance. He served in France, attained the rank of Private and was discharged on 13 July 1919[2][3].
Jessie Lumley ALDERSEY and Clement Oliver ROBERTSON were married on 18 April 1925 at St Johns Church, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia[4].
They had 4 sons.
4 November 1940, Clement enlisted in the Australian Military Forces; Service number: S1181. He was assigned to C.M.F. Inf. Army. and discharged on 28 October 1948[3].
29 October 1948, Clement enlisted in the Australian Regular Army Special Reserve; Army number: 4/9326. He served with the rank of Temporary Staff Sergeant, assigned to the Stores Accounts Section and was discharged 15 January 1952[3].
He passed away on 23 September 1981 in South Australia, Australia[5] and was interred at the Centennial Park Cemetery, Pasadena, Mitcham City, South Australia, Australia[6].
