Biography

George Hunting Robertson was born on March 18, 1820, in Bethel, Maine, the son of Samuel Robertson and Eliza Hunting.^[1][2]

On February 12, 1845, in Rumford, Maine, he married Caroline Virgin.^[3][2] They lived in Bethel. Their children included:^{[4][5][6][7][8]}

George died on February 17, 1909,^[10] at the residence of his son, Arthur P. Robertson, in Eustis, also known as Bigelow, Maine.^[11][12] He is buried in the Skillingston Cemetery in Bethel, Maine.^[10]
