On behalf of the Germany Project, I am currently undergoing our member check-in's and wanted to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? We have many new teams so have a look on the Germany project page for the full list. I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!

We use Google groups for project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup, please submit a join request and we will get that approved as quickly as possible. We also ask that you check your follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (GERMANY) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.

We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions please ask. I would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project!

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

I’m the new Project Coordinator for the England Project. I am contacting you, as there have been some recent changes to the project which we are keen to bring to your attention. Please look at the England Project page for more information on the changes and the ways members are able to actively contribute moving forward. Once you have considered how you would like to participate, please contact either myself or Susie to let us know. We can then list your involvement, help you join the Google group forum for England, and give you any other help you may need to get going. Please make sure each bit of DNA test information is added to the actual test participant's profile, not someone else's like your own. To make cousin connections, WikiTree needs to see the FamilyTree tab. Check that your Privacy on your profile is set to "Private with Public Family Tree" as a minimum. (Living minors should have an Unlisted privacy level.)

As you add your family lines and connect to the big WikiTree, you may find new cousins. Use the Relationship calculator to see if you are related to me, Cooper-1 with http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Relationship

I also see you have had your DNA tested. We have a project for DNA where a lot of great new things are happening. If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project. It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.
