Benjamin Robertson was born about 1748.^{[citation needed]}

When he was about 12, he married Celia Patterson in 1760 in Virginia.^{[citation needed]}

In the 1840 census Benjamin was in Madison, Louisiana, United States. He was age 40-50; born 1789-1800.^[1][2]

He died about 1851.^{[3][4][citation needed]}
